The restaurant offers wide range of cuisines including chinese, north indian and south indian. The staffs are very friendly, specially Mr. satish, who looked after all of our orders very patiently with a smile. We visited this restaurant 4 times while staying at Ooty. Wish to visit again.

We had Dinner and Lunch here. Nice food at a reasonable price for dinner. Worth food for tourists during the stays. Highly recommended for dinner.

I had an excellent dining experience at “JJ MALABAR RESTAURANT “ in Ooty . The Malabar Biryani was aromatic and flavorful, with tender chicken and perfectly spiced rice. The Malabar Parotha was soft, flaky, and paired wonderfully with the chicken curry. The Fish Cutlet was crisp and well-seasoned, while the Chicken Fry stood out with its rich, authentic Malabar spices. Highly recommended for anyone seeking genuine Kerala cuisine in a refined setting within a reasonable price.

I had the fried rice from JJ Malabar Restaurant in Ooty and it was really tasty. The rice was well-cooked, flavourful, and the portion was satisfying.(chicken 65 was below average) They do have parking, but we couldn’t find enough space when we visited. Also, it felt a bit costly for the quantity. Still, the food was good and I’d consider going again.

The malabar biryani was no nicee!! the og malabar biryani taste!! malabar parotha was so yumm!!! worth all the hype and money!! 10/10 … the people were so kind and nice the service was top notch!! fully loved that
